The basics. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Site (no unlawful use, scraping, or attempting to interfere with its operation).

Products & pricing. We work to display our products and prices accurately, but errors happen; we reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, and refuse or cancel any order — including after confirmation — with a full refund if we can't fulfill it. Product images are representative; slight variations can occur. Fragrance descriptions and notes describe scent character and individual experience of a fragrance varies.

Orders & payment. Your order is an offer to buy; our confirmation email accepts it. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify's payment partners.

Intellectual property. Everything on this Site — the MAUCHE name, wordmark, product design, photography, and copy — belongs to Mauche LLC and may not be used without written permission.

Disclaimers & liability. The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Perform a patch test before full use; discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from eyes, broken skin, open flame, and children. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
